ALLpaQ Packaging Limited,  have expanded their operations in Widnes to secure an additional 30,000 sqft of production and manufacturing space across 2 buildings at Speke Approach, Widnes.

Allpaq have leased unit 2 from Vantage Industrial for a 5 year period at a rent equating to £ 6.25/sqft.  The latest letting at Unit 2 Albright Road, extends to 17,377 sqft and builds on their earlier expansion into adjoining Unit 4 (12,956 sq ft) in December of last year.

Allpaq specialise in custom design bio process containers for the bio pharmaceutical industry, as well as supplying dust free powder transfer solutions trading across Europe, Scandinavia and the USA

Following a refurbishment programme we are pleased to have secured a new lease in a matter of weeks.

It’s notable that 6 months ago new build units were being let at equivalent rents to these units, built 15 years ago, which demonstrates the continued demand for industrial accommodation in the Liverpool City Region which is witnessing record void rates and further rental growth.
