Two deals have been secure at Network Space, Speke Approach scheme at Widnes.
Unit 5 extending to 10,931 sqft was leased and unit 16 of 15,185 sqft sold. Tony O’Keefe comments: these deals demonstrate the continued demand for quality accommodation in South Liverpool which is in short supply.
