A joint venture between Himor and Glenbrook saw our clients acquire the 200,000 sq ft Valley Business Park from retail gifting company Appreciate Group for £3m.

Over the course of the next 12 months they implemented an effective asset management scheme including 2 significant pre lets to Oops and Balfour Beatty Securing in excess 140,000 sqft.

Further refreshment was undertaken of as additional 30,000 sqft of industrial estate prior to the sale of the Estate to Schroders.

LM6 provided asset management advice and secured the letting of both units demonstrating our market facing advice backed up with on site delivery.

Following the project LM6 are pleased to have been selected for the shortlist of deals of the year in the 2022 Liverpool Property Awards.
