Acting for ITV Studios LM6 have acquired a new warehouse facility in Trafford Park. The unit has been taken on a new 10 year lease including 9 month rental incentive. LM6 have acquired over 250,000 sqft of new space for corporate occupier this year for clients including Delifresh, Grupo Antolin, Gap Group and Sims Recycling.
