LM6 acting for Commercial Investors AEW UK REIT have secured their latest tenant in Runcorn.
Specialist digital advertising company KMS have taken unit 1006 Saurus Court, Runcorn extending to 15,747 sqft on a new 10 year lease to expand their production capabilities.
KMS were advised by Matthews & Goodman.
This lease follows a deal earlier in the year to Di -Tech Power who took 13,558 sqft on the estate and underlines the continued strength of the occupational market.
