Further to the recent acquisition of the former Park Hampers Site, Bidston, Glenbrook Investments and Himor Group intend to reposition the Wirral site as a multi-let industrial estate providing warehouse units ranging from 2,000 sq ft to 45,000 sq ft each.
The nine-acre site on Valley Road comprises 200,000 sq ft of industrial accommodation. and the estate will undergoe a comprehensive improvement programme.
Works have already begin on site to refurbish a standalone warehouse of 45,000 sqft which will be ready for occupation in March 20201.
Further works are being prepared to create a multi let estate suitable for local SME’s also
