Industrial agents LM6 have sold Unit 3 Puma Court in Knowsley to St Helens-based Jennor Group Holdings for £490,000.
The 4,000 sq ft office unit is on the popular Kings Business Park in Knowsley and was previously owned by UK Properties, a Guernsey-based investment company.
The building, which has undergone a full refurbishment, will become Jennor’s new regional headquarters as the workplace design company relocates from St Helens
Commenting on the deal Phil Morley for LM6 said: “We bought this unit to market following the refurbishment programme and it has attracted a lot of interest given its superb location at the heart of one of the region’s most popular business locations. We had interest from a number of companies and it went under offer as soon as the refurbishment was complete which shows that there is strong demand in this area for high quality buildings such as this.”
