LM6 acting on behalf of The North West Ambulance (NHS Trust) have sold the Land and buildings at the former Ambulance Station Rakehouse Road, Nelson, Lancashire BB9 8RL.
The site was sold following a competitive bidding process and is one of a series of disposals being undertaken by LM6 at the present time.
The former NWAS facility at Billinge, Lancashire is under offer and we have recently been instructed to sell their Barrow facility.

Barrow comprises a 2 storey building constructed in the 1970’s extending to 15,538 sqft on a site of 0.262 Ha (0.648 acres). It occupies a prominent roadside position opposite BAE Sytems and would be suitable for redevelopment and alternative higher value end uses.
