Industrial specialist LM6 has announced the purchase of Units 1 & 2, Vauxhall Industrial Estate, near Ruabon, Wrexham for £1.2m from The Centaur and Barclay Property Group on behalf of private investors.
The units have been comprehensively refurbished and combined to provide industrial warehousing with office space which extends to 40,980 sq ft. They were pre-let to manufacturer Thompson Coating Solutions, the market leader in laminated and coated solutions onto Particleboard, OSB and Plywood. The expansion for Thompson, whose current HQ is based in the north east, enables them to improve operational efficiency in servicing one of their principal customers Kronospan, based in Chirk. The move will create over 20 new jobs in Ruabon.

The new building is ideally placed for our client and will provide a sound foundation for the future growth of Thompson’s manufacturing capabilities.”
