Industrial specialist LM6 has announced the sale of an 83,600 sq ft warehouse on Knowsley Business Park to Adlib Audio Ltd.
The facility was sold by Nectar Asset Management following the, surrendered by a 3rd party of its leasehold interest in the unit.
Phil Morley Director at LM6 comments: “Acting for the owners we were able to broker a tri-party deal with the existing occupiers and Adlib to secure the sale. It brings one of the longest established technical production companies in the UK to Knowsley in a relocation from Speke. This is more great news for the Liverpool City region, which has seen a significant number of deals complete recently in the media and digital sector.”
Adlib Audio specialise in the hire, sale and installation of professional sound, lighting and video equipment and employ over 120 staff.
