The lots are offered for sale by Liverpool City Council by way of 250 year lease on a peppercorn rent.

We will be seeking initial bids on 24 November 12 pm.
We propose to review these over the course of December and hope to be in a position to confirm a preferred purchaser/s during January 2024.
