The lots are offered for sale by Liverpool City Council by way of 250 year lease on a peppercorn rent.
They can be taken collectively or individually on a lot by lot by basis.
We will be seeking initial bids on 24 November 12 pm.
We propose to review these over the course of December and hope to be in a position to confirm a preferred purchaser/s during January 2024.
Any sale will be subject to approval from Liverpool CC where we would anticipate exchange of contracts in Q1 2024 with completion to follow subject to conditions and approvals.
