Seybourne, advsied by LM6 have exchanged contracts to purchase 12 Acres in Runcorn with direct links to the A557 Weston Point Expressway.
A Planning Application has been submitted for 225,000 sq ft for two new warehouse/distribution facilities.
The scheme, named The Pavilions, will achieve ‘Net Zero’ on completion. In addition the warehouses will have 50m deep yards, dock levellers, substantial power availability and will be designed and constructed to BREEAM Excellent and an EPC Rating of ‘A’.

The Runcorn development will follow Seybournes development of 245,000 sq ft over 3 new build units at Image Business Park in Knowsley. Construction is expected to start in January 2026 with completion in early autumn.
