Further to the successful completion of similar schemes in Ellesmere Port and Phase 1 Charnock Point, developer North End Developments has commenced building the second and final Phase of their new industrial scheme in Aintree.

Charnock Point, Aintree  will provide 10 new built industrial units targeting the SME sector.

Units are built in two terraces, range in size from 1,485 sqft to 1,969 sqft and can be taken individually or in combination.

The units are available to lease or buy and are expected to be completed by the end of September 2024.

The scheme is minutes from The East Lancashire Rd, accessed via Stopgate/Long Lane  (B 5187).  This area is a proven industrial location with a strong trade counter occupational base which benefits from close links to the City, Aintree and wider industrial market serving the  Liverpool City Region.

Anthony O’Keefe, Director at LM6 comments:  the scheme is built to the highest specification and given the quality of the build and location expect keen occupational demand.  The build is already well progressed with steels up and roofing works almost complete and the units offer an attractive proposition to industrial/trade counter occupiers and a rare opportunity to buy.
