8 Units at Glendower St , Bootle L20 are being comprehensively refurbished to including new roofs, with work expected to complete early April 2025.
Each unit provides approx 4,000 sqft suitable for manufacturing or warehousing and we can report new leases have been secured on half of the scheme before completion of the works.
