Following their earlier purchase in 2024, Tandem Investments have secured the sale of Bahama Close, Haydock to CES Breaker Hire.

 

The industrial warehouse unit extends to 11,652 sqft on a total site area of 0.78 acres and sold for a price equivalent to £ 133 per sqft
