The warehouse facility of 16,148 sqft on a site of 1.46 acres has been let to CRS Cold Storage Ltd on a new 10 year lease.
CRS Mobile Cold Storage provide commercial refrigeration equipment and temperature controlled storage solutions, namely portable cold stores and blast freezers to companies in the UK.
Initially these secure climate containers were supplied from their HQ in Ireland, however as the demand for cold storage containers and blast freezers grew they have expanded their presence in England working with companies throughout the UK, providing them with a range of commercial refrigeration, temperature controlled storage solutions.
