Deals have been agreed on 4 of the sites and the first to cross the line is Albion St, Dewsbury.
The former Morley Waste Traders facility provides a unit of 2,902 sqft within a secure compound of 0.21 acres.
It was sold to a local investor following a competitive bidding process where over 15 bids were received.
This reflects the continued demand, especially for small freeholds and demonstrates LM6′ versatility to responding to client mandates across the North.
