Estate, Huyton which is now fully let.
The former Council Depot now provides a multi-let industrial scheme extending to 50,252 sqft. It has
recently undergone a comprehensive refurbishment programme providing 7 trade counter / industrial
units ranging in size from 2,380 to 23,117 sqft.
The scheme has been successfully pre-let with notable occupiers including Dulux, FS Trade and Evri.
FS Trade took units 1 & 2 totalling 23,117 sqft & Dulux secured unit 3 of 6,393 sqft, both leases completed in August.
The final units of the scheme were taken by Evri, Units 6 & 7, extend to 15,081 sqft.

tenants before practical completion of the building work, achieving rents between £8.00 and £8.50 per
sqft.
The scheme provides high quality refurbished units with generous yard areas and these strengths
together with the superb transport links provided a solid base for the success of the scheme.
