Another summer sale sees LM6 sell the former Sims Metal site, Morley, Yorkshire.
The site provides a 2.26 acres industrial site formerly occupied by Morley Waste Traders and latterly operated by Sims Group UK Ltd with associated buildings of circa 8,000 sqft
The site forms a regular rectangular shaped site bounded to the West by a haulage yard operated by Mone Brothers Ltd, who ultimately purchased the site.
It was sold further to a competitive bidding process , a reflection of continued demand from within the industrial occupier sector
and was last in a series of legacy site sales from within the former Morley Waste Traders portfolio located throughout the Yorkshire region in Huddersfield, Hull & Leeds and which demonstrate LM6′ versatility in responding to client mandates across the North of England.
