Leading real estate developer, Graftongate, is planning to deliver a new 200,000 sq ft unit at Penrhyn Road, Knowsley Business Park, near junction 4 of the M57.
Anthony O’Keefe Director at LM6 said that planning consent for the new development at Knowsley Business Park is expected in March 2023, with the unit available for occupancy in Q1 2024.
