The Knowsley Business & Regeneration Awards celebrate the creativity, ingenuity and commitment of the individuals and organisations that are driving forward Knowsley’s economic success. This year’s awards ceremony took place on Thursday 23 November and LM6 were awarded New Business of the Year.

We felt the Liverpool City Region and its commercial property market has been much maligned and overlook in recent decades and there was an opportunity to fill a void in the provision of services within the City Region and in Knowsley.
Following major investment in key infrastructure projects such as Liverpool 2, the new Mersey Crossing and the manufacturing success at Jaguar Halewood we were confident that the Liverpool City Region and its associated industrial legacy would benefit from this investment.
We therefore saw an opportunity to re-dress this imbalance and provide a dedicated industrial agency practice in the Liverpool City Region, offering local advice from the ‘coal face’ whilst also providing a regional and national context.
The success of LM6 is aligned to the success of the Knowsley and we have shared goals in facilitating significant and accelerated economic growth of existing business while attracting new economic investment to the borough in delivering a stronger and more diverse local economy’
