The deal at the Aquila Building Huyton represents the largest leasehold deal agreed in 2017 in the Liverpool City Region and facilitates expansion of GA’s current operations securing existing employment and the creation of a 80 new jobs, attracting over £3 million of new investment into the area.
The brief was to secure a new facility within a strict geographical area and stringent timescales given the launch of JLR new Evoque model.
