A multi let scheme was designed with careful consideration to unit size and yard/loading allocation to maximise the leasing potential of the site.
A flexible scheme was designed to provide a multi let estate of 7 units across 50,000 sqft.
Further to an effective leasing campaign the scheme was 100% pre-let securing occupiers such as Dulux Paints, FS Trade and Evri.
The scheme was subsequently sold to Mileway, realising as substantial return for our client.
