The latest letting at Mileways Haydock scheme has secured a 100% occupancy rate with unit N1 extending to 17,760 sqft taken by Comex 2000..
This letting follows hard on the heels of a spate of recent t lettings in late Autumn where the last mile logistics operator completed three deals at the park totaling 47,000 sq ft, the largest to PDS Transport, which has acquired 21,371 sq ft on a 10-year lease.
The industrial park is adjacent to the A580 East Lancs Road, within a mile of the M6.
LM6, JLL and B8 Real Estate acted for the landlord on the deals.
