Seybourne Estates are pleased to report that Spanish manufacturer Contenur, will open its first facility in the UK at Knowsley’s Image Business Park after signing a pre-let for a 56,500 sq ft warehouse.
Contenur, specialists in the urban waste management field, are expected to create 65 jobs, including 45 manufacturing roles, at the facility, which will include a 5,300 sq ft office along with a production warehouse totalling 47,000 sq ft at the former Kodak site.
This initial deal sets the tone for a series of site improvements which are supported by the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority Single Investment Fund and enable further demolition and site preparation works for a future three-acre industrial development site of 65,000 sq ft.
