The site is held on a freehold basis under title SYK 184575 and is offered for sale at a guide price of £ 850,000 exclusive.

Any sale will be subject to a restrictive covenant that the site will not be used as a scrap metal yard without the Vendor's prior written consent. This would be protected by a restriction on title on completion of the sale.

Our clients would consider selling to a trade buyer (scrap metal merchant) subject to them entering a commercial supply agreement which would be a condition of sale to them or lease the site to a trade occupier/buyer, again subject to a supply agreement.
