North West Ambulance Service have instructed LM6 Commercial Property to dispose of Elm House, Belmont Grove, Anfield, L6 4EG.

The facility was formerly the Mersey Regional Ambulance Service HQ which has now relocated to a new 40,000 sqft facility in Speke at, Estuary Point.

The site presents an opportunity for office use or re-development subject to planning approval and extends to 0.76 Ha (1.89 acres).

It comprises 2 office buildings totalling 13,346 sqft; Elm House which dates back to the late 1890’s and a more modern extension built in the late 1970’s with associated parking together with a  telecommunication mast which is income producing.
