The latest letting at Britonwood Trading Estate Knowsley sees Clearmetric Ltd taking 11,000 sqft in units 23 and 24.
These deals follow the recent lettings of S1 and S6 leading to 100% occupancy of the estate which provides 37 industrial units ranging in size from 1,000 – 27,500 sq ft.
