In July 2018 we were instructed to market the 16 unit multi-let estate.

In 3 months we re-let the remaining 4 voids on the estate accounting for 20% of the floor area.  We also improved the rental tone of the estate improving rents by 20% and achieving full occupancy for the first time since its construction in 2012.
